Since the implementation of the AQTF in 2002, we have been assisting companies in designing and maintaining systems that not only meet audit requirements, but more importantly suit their business. We do not sell an 'off the shelf ' system that requires an " Insert name of RTO here" approach, in fact we do not believe that a truly effective system can be achieved that way .

What our experience tells us is that, on the whole, RTOs have inefficient systems, quite often with unnecessary components, over complicated systems and a range of time and resource wasting processes. We have become experts in showing you how to streamline the systems whilst maintaining compliance without necessarily using highly technological or costly solutions.
