Training

Having extensively studied education in vocational contexts and having an appreciation of the various methods which can be used, I believe that the most appropriate delivery method for the courses we offer is a facilitator led, learner focussed model. Based on sound adult learning theory, my role as a facilitator is to show you where to find information, what to do with that information and allow you to construct the meaning and application of the information. I see the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a critical qualification in the long term success of VET related education and training in Australia. I do not see this qualification simply as a minimum credential a person needs to conduct training and assessment. Our courses are currently only conducted for client groups on request.
